Home to our scientists as well as our vast collection of bottled specimens, the Darwin Centre will offer you the chance to take a peek into the world of cutting-edge natural science research.
From September 2009 Museum visitors and scientists will share the excitement of exploring, studying and preserving the natural world in the second phase of the Darwin Centre. The new 8-storey, £78 million landmark building completes the Darwin Centre expansion, which is the most significant development at the Museum since it moved to South Kensington in 1881.
