It’s easy to work up an appetite when you’re exploring the natural world. Enjoy fresh, tasty food from one of the five family friendly cafés and restaurants around the Museum. You can also munch on packed lunches in the indoor Picnic Area.

All our coffee is certified by the Rainforest Alliance, an organisation that promotes sustainable agriculture.

Enjoy cakes, sandwiches, coffees and teas while you soak up the atmosphere in the Café, located in the heart of the Museum.

Freshly filled baguettes and snacks are available at this self-service sandwich bar, handily situated for exploring the Red Zone.

A perfect place for a packed lunch, the Picnic Area is in the Museum’s Basement. You can also buy snacks from the Snack bar. If the weather’s fine, enjoy your packed lunch on the Museum’s lawns.

An ideal place to stop off for a drink or a snack as you start or end your Museum journey. Situated just inside the Exhibition Road entrance.
