There are accessible unisex toilets on the ground floor of the Museum with baby changing and feeding facilities.

Café

The Zebra Café is step free and has movable tables and chairs. Staff are available to help.

Shop

The shop is on the ground floor and accessed via one step. There is a ramp available on request.

Loops and headphones

There are induction loops at the information desk and in the shop, Zebra Café, and Gallery 2.

Picnic tables

There are picnic benches in the Museum grounds that can be used with wheelchairs.
