To coincide with Black History Month, Darwin Centre Live brings you the colours, smells and tastes of south London's Caribbean and African market. Museum botanist and Brixton resident Alex Monro will explore the natural history of foods sold there - where they come from, what they are and how they're used. We'll be interviewing vendors and customers to find out their own recipes as part of our tour.

  • Presented by: Alex Monro and Fern Lewis
