Teresa Wild - Director of Policy and Planning and Director of the Natural History Museum at Tring

  • Responsibility for the formulation of corporate policies, overseeing the development of all museum policies, the corporate planning and evaluation process and the implementation of key corporate strategies.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the public museum and site at the NHM's sister museum in Tring including learning, exhibitions and events, visitor services, security and commercial activities.
  • Held a variety of museum roles with Birmingham Museums and Newham Museum Service where she ran two public museums and a nature reserve.
  • Taught biology up to A level at a secondary school in Oxfordshire.
  • Graduated in zoology from the University of Wales and gained a postgraduate teaching qualification from the Institute of Education, University of London.
